Standard Fees | Ralph S. Livingston, CPA

Our Standard Hourly Rate is $500 per hour.

• Phone Meetings and Phone Consultations are billed in half hour increments ($250 per half hour)

• In-Person and Video Consultations are billed in one hour increments

• Tax Return Copies (replacement and/or additional to the primary) are billed at $100 per copy

• Other Tax, License Preparation, and Filings are billed at our Standard Hourly Rate

• Tax Projections are billed at our Standard Hourly Rate, with a minimum fee of $500

• Payroll Administration is billed at our Standard Hourly Rate with a minimum annual fee of $500

• Bookkeeping is billed at our Standard Hourly Rate with an initial minimum set up fee $1,200

• Expert Witness and Litigation Support is billed at our Standard Hourly Rate

Standard Package

Minimum fee of $500 per Personal & Fiduciary Income Tax Return. Minimum fee of $1000 for all other income Tax Returns. Additionally, the Standard Package includes the following services:

• Tax Projections & Income Tax Withholding Advice (if provided at time of Income Tax

Preparation)

• Estimated Tax Preparation (if provided at time of Tax Return preparation)

• PDF Copies of Tax Returns (digital copies via portal only, no email attachment)

Premium Package

Minimum fee of $1,000 per year. In addition to the services provided by our Standard Package, you will also receive:

• Government Notice Interpretation & Responses

• Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and Withholding Advice

• Loan Application Document Assistance (up to one hour, additional time billed at Standard

Hourly Rate)

• Real Estate Withholding Form Preparation

• Non-resident Withholding Form Preparation

• Tax Return Copies (hard copies or digital via Portal)

Deluxe Package

Minimum fee of $1,500 per year. In addition to the services provided by our Standard Package and Premium Package, you will also receive:

• Tax Projections (up to three per year)

• Phone Meetings and/or In-Person Consultations (up to three hours per year)

• Extended Loan Application Document Assistance

• Payroll Processing and/or Payroll Processing Oversight
